Frequently asked questions

Which public contracts can I find here?

Belgian and European notices published on TED, the EU's official journal for public procurement: calls for tenders, award notices and prior information notices, updated every hour. For Belgium, the history goes back to 2024; for the other EU countries, to the last 13 months. Contracts published only at Belgian level, below the EU thresholds, are coming soon.

Is it really free?

Yes: the daily alert, tracking of your contracts, 5 bid files and 3 AI analyses per month are free, with no credit card. The Pro plan removes all limits.

What happens when I click “I want this contract”?

The contract moves into preparation in your tracking, with reminders before the deadline, and the AI prepares a bid file for you: conditions for participation checked against your profile, backward schedule, documents to gather, cover letter and technical proposal outline. You then submit your bid on e-Tendering with your electronic signature.

Is the AI analysis reliable?

It reads the official notice or the full tender specifications, even in Dutch, and only summarises what is written there: anything missing is flagged as such, nothing is made up. The tender specifications remain the reference.

How do you know which contracts will be re-tendered?

Every contract award notice publishes the conclusion date and duration of the contract. From these we work out the planned end and the period when the buyer will have to re-tender the contract, often 3 to 9 months before.

Do I need a password?

Not to get started: you enter your email address and confirm it via a link. Then choose a password to sign in instantly, or keep using links, whichever you prefer.
